This full-time Project Manager role is an on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring production schedules, construction material deliveries, and installation timelines are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and site personnel, monitoring progress, and resolving issues to keep projects on time and within scope. The role involves supervising inspections and quality checks, managing documentation and reporting, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and safety will Require Frequent Travel.

Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree(B.E/B.tech) in engineering, construction management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, cleantech, or related sectors, with familiarity in sustainable materials or waste management preferred. Experience

Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of critical items.

Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials and related resources.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or equivalent project-management tools is desirable.
