Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across Microlent’s software and digital initiatives. This role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

The Project

Manager will handle daily communication with stakeholders, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and client satisfaction. They will also monitor expediting and logistics activities, support inspection processes,



and maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project phases.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of project materials and milestones.

Knowledge of logistics management and inspection processes to support smooth project operations and quality control.

Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is beneficial.

Prior experience in technology or software services environments and a track record of delivering projects successfully will be an advantage.
