Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage aerospace manufacturing projects from initiation to completion

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with customer requirements

- Oversee risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies

- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards

- Implement quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives

- Resolve project issues and conflicts

- Manage resource allocation and optimize project efficiency

- Lead and mentor project team members

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Participate in contract negotiations and customer meetings

- Identify and pursue opportunities for project expansion or improvement

- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations

- Contribute to the development of aerospace manufacturing best practices

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Sciences, or related field

- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification preferred

- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing aerospace manufacturing projects





- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance

- Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation techniques

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

- Experience in contract negotiation and customer relationship management

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment
