Project Manager – Enterprise Software / SaaS Implementation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing enterprise software and SaaS implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects from project kickoff to go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live activities.
- Support data migration and integration activities involving CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project governance standards.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS Implementation, Consulting, or Skilled Services.
- Proven experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and change control.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations.
- Knowledge of Pricing, CRM, ERP systems, and system integrations.
- Experience in Data Migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training, and Go-Live Planning.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,132,566.02 per month
