Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT solutions and products for manufacturing industry clients. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, experience in handling end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive skilled who can effectively bridge business requirements and technical execution while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with development, testing, UI/UX, data, and implementation teams for seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.

Lead client meetings, project reviews, demonstrations, and steering committee discussions.

Ensure quality standards and delivery commitments are consistently met.





Manage change requests, project scope, and customer expectations effectively.

Support pre-sales activities by providing project estimates, implementation approaches, and solution recommendations when required.

Mentor and guide project teams to improve productivity and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in project management within the IT services or software product industry.

Proven experience in managing manufacturing industry clients.

Strong experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Experience delivering enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, ERP, MES, IoT, Industry 4.0, Analytics, AI/ML, or related technology solutions.

Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Exposure to manufacturing operations, production processes, quality systems, and smart factory initiatives.

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong project planning and reporting skills using project management tools.
