About The Role We are looking for a proactive BEE Certified Energy Manager to join our team as an Energy Project Manager. In this role, you will manage energy optimization projects, independently engage with customers, address technical queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable energy savings.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze energy performance across customer sites using energy data, HVAC performance,



utility consumption, and KPIs.
- Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and energy-saving opportunities across HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, and utilities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and client presentations.
- Independently lead client calls, present findings, answer technical queries, and conduct review meetings.
- Track ECM implementation, savings validation, project milestones, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and customer teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Support site assessments, audits, POCs, and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- BEE Certified Energy Manager / Certified Energy Manager (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, lighting, electrical distribution, and energy auditing.
- Understanding of energy KPIs, baseline analysis, Measurement & Verification (M&V;), utility bill analysis, and savings validation.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects independently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with energy analytics platforms, smart buildings, HVAC optimization, facility management, project management tools, or ISO 50001.
