We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, client relationship management, and driving account growth while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Position: Project Manager (IT Product Company)

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pune Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery by coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans and documentation.

Monitor project performance, manage resources efficiently, and handle changes related to scope, schedule, and cost using structured methodologies.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues with transparent recommendations when required.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.





Conduct regular review meetings, governance calls, and performance discussions to ensure alignment and performance transparency.

Manage client escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and sustained client satisfaction.

Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure service quality and accountability.

Requirements

Educational background: Preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Candidates with exposure to Cybersecurity and experience working in BFSI domain will be preferred.
