We are hiring a Project Manager - HVAC Projects for a reputed HVAC/Engineering company based in West Mogappair, Chennai.

The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects
- Site Management: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance
- Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure productivity and safety
- Quality & Compliance:



Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents

Requirements:

- Experience: 8-15 years in HVAC Project Management. Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must
- Education: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Skills: Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools, and MS Office
- Other: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to manage multiple sites in Chennai
