Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / PMC

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for high-rise residential or commercial building projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, monitoring and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and safety.
- Oversee RCC, civil, finishing, faade and MEP coordination works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction plans.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, materials and resources.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve site issues, delays and technical challenges.
- Ensure timely completion, testing,

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Experience in independently handling projects from start to handover.
- Knowledge of planning, billing, contracts, quality and safety.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera will be preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
