We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead execution on our residential/commercial construction sites in Delhi NCR. The role owns end-to-end site delivery schedule, quality, cost, and manpower and acts as the primary point of coordination between the client/PMC, subcontractors, and internal teams

Reporting Structure:-

Reports to: Head of Projects / Director Operations Team managed: Site Engineers, Billing Engineer, Safety Officer, Subcontractor crews

Role & responsibilities :

Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain the master construction schedule (MS Project/Primavera), tower wise and activity-wise Prepare weekly/monthly work programs (WPR/MPR) and track progress against baseline
- Identify critical path activities and proactively flag schedule risks

Site Execution
- Oversee day-to-day execution of civil and structural works (RCC, Mivan/aluminium shuttering)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, IS codes, and structural specifications
- Coordinate with structural consultants and PMC for approvals, RFIs, and drawing clarification

Quality & Safety
- Enforce quality control checkpoints (cube testing, rebar checks, shuttering alignment, curing)
- Ensure EHS compliance on site; conduct safety briefings and audits
- Maintain quality/safety documentation for client and statutory audits

Cost & Contracts
- Track project cost against budget/BOQ; monitor variations and cost overruns
- Review and certify subcontractor/vendor bills (RA bills) as per DSR/CPWD or contract rates




- Support in preparing claims, EOT requests, and dispute documentation where delays are attributable to client/PM

Manpower & Resource Management
- Plan labor histograms and mobilize skilled/unskilled manpower as per schedule needs
- Coordinate material procurement (steel, RMC, cement) to avoid schedule bottlenecks
- Manage subcontractor performance, resolve site-level dispute

Reporting
- Submit DPR/WPR/MPR reports to management
- Maintain site records: measurement books, BBS, material reconciliation, labor attendanc

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with strong experience also considered)
- 6- 12 years of experience in residential/commercial building construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or site-in-charge role
- Proven experience delivering RCC-frame multi-story buildings (G+30 or higher preferred)
- Experience handling PMC-managed projects and RERA-registered developments is a plus

Required Skills :

- Strong command of construction scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera)
- Working knowledge of DSR/CPWD norms, IS codes, and BBS/quantity estimation
- Contract and billing acumen RA bills, variations, rate analysis Robust negotiation and vendor/subcontractor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, histograms, and reporting Clear written and verbal communication (English and Hindi)
- Location: Site-based, Delhi NCR (relocation/travel between project sites may be required
