We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery for our projects and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into clear and achievable project plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires close collaboration with development, product, QA, DevOps, and client teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication, team coordination, risk management, and building positive working relationships across all levels.

:

- Lead end-to-end delivery for new implementation projects and client projects.

- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

- Coordinate development, QA, implementation, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Run weekly progress reviews, track risks, and unblock issues quickly.

- Manage communication with internal stakeholders and clients,



ensuring clear expectation alignment.

- Facilitate requirement discussions, clarifications, and sign-offs.

- Plan UAT, go-live, and post-release activities.

- Handle change requests and assess impact across teams.

- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and RAID logs

Requirement

- 5+ years of Project Management experience (mandatory).

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of SDLC and agile approaches.

- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Experience in Banking & Finance domain is a plus
