About The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products. This role requires a proactive individual who is not just managing tasks but owning the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within-scope, and outcome-aligned delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Qualifications Proven experience in managing technical projects, specifically ERP implementations, integrations, or product development.

Strong understanding of APIs including REST, webhooks, and integration methodologies.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead client calls and internal discussions confidently.

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies in real-world environments.

Background in software development or quality assurance is a plus.

Experience working with US-based teams or clients is preferred.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and evolving requirements effectively.

Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent development projects,



including ERP customizations, integrations, and ISV product developments.

Lead daily and weekly standup meetings, actively removing blockers to keep projects on track.

Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for development teams.

Collaborate directly with developers and the development manager to validate scope, estimates, and technical feasibility.

Track project progress using tools like Smart Sheet, ensuring accountability across teams.

Maintain proactive communication with internal leadership and clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, driving resolution strategies rather than merely reporting issues.

Ensure all deliverables meet both functional specifications and business expectations, maintaining quality standards.

Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing multiple projects and shifting requirements as needed.

Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high performance.
