- Team Management: Overseeing and engaging project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, project team members, and other stakeholders.

- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

- Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring that projects meet quality standards and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections.

- Budget Management: Tracking project costs, managing change orders, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

- Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.

- Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
