Job Purpose

Lead and oversee the entire production function to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-compliant manufacturing of electronic components, meeting output targets while optimizing cost and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and control daily/weekly/monthly production operations across assembly, testing, and packing lines
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments and customer demand
- Drive productivity improvement through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and waste reduction initiatives
- Manage and mentor line supervisors, production executives, and shop-floor operators
- Coordinate closely with Quality Control to maintain product quality standards and minimize rejections
- Work with Maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with Procurement & Stores to ensure timely availability of materials and components
- Monitor and control production costs, manpower utilization, and overtime within budget




- Ensure strict compliance with Safety/EHS protocols and statutory regulations on the shop floor
- Analyze production data (output, rejection rate, cycle time, OEE) and prepare MIS reports for management
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S) and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process industrialization with Engineering & R&D;

Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 8–12 years in production/manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Skills: Production planning & control, lean manufacturing/Six Sigma, team leadership, ERP/SAP PP module, problem-solving, strong communication and cross-functional coordination

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
