Project Manager - Roles and responsibilities: Conduct daily stand-ups for project tracking. Create project status deck and lead weekly meetings with CTO. Update dashboard and share with team for senior management meetings every week.
Stakeholder Communication: Proficiency in fostering clear, open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staU members. Coordinating internal resources and ensuring stakeholders expectations are met.
Managing the project timeline with consistent tracking and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines. Identifying potential risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies. Vendor management Keep a track of vendor tasks, attendance, invoices and agreements.
Facilitating communication across departments to ensure successful project implementation. Reporting project progress and challenges to senior management and clients regularly.
Team Leadership: Experience in guiding teams towards achieving project goals by inspiring, engaging, and resolving conflicts within the team constructively.
Resource Allocation: Competence in eU iciently distributing resources, ensuring high productivity and completion of project milestones on time.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the reliability and integrity of deliverables by adhering to quality standards and implementing testing procedures.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time eU ectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality work output.
