We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer having 10+ years of experience in handling Government Projects. The candidate should be well-versed with site execution, coordination with government authorities, and compliance with project norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and government standards
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and officials
- Maintain proper documentation and project records
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and contract conditions
- Monitor project progress and submit reports to management
- Manage contractors, labor, and material planning
- Ensure quality control and site safety as per government norms
- Handle inspections, approvals, and site audits
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10years of experience in Government construction projects
- Robust knowledge of tender documents, BOQ, and billing process
- Experience in handling government officials and site inspections
- Good communication and team management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting
- Experience in infrastructure / public sector projects
