Role Description The Project Manager Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil and infrastructure projects, including steel structures, bridges, and related construction activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources; supervising site teams and contractors; ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; and resolving technical and operational issues on site.

Civil will collaborate with engineering, fabrication, procurement, and client stakeholders to align project execution with design specifications and contractual obligations. The role also involves preparing progress reports, monitoring risks, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to manage structural and construction-related technical requirements.
- Project Management and Construction Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively.
- Budgeting skills to develop, control, and optimize project costs and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced qualifications in project management are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in steel structures, bridges, rail, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and applicable codes and regulations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD or similar) is beneficial.
