Job Title: Project Manager – Building Construction

Industry: Construction / Building Construction

Experience: 7–15+ Years (Minimum 7 years in Building Construction)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Age: 28–45 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.

- Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.

- Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project records.

- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues,



and ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Prepare and present project updates covering milestones, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.

- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working setting for all personnel.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Construction (15+ years preferred).

Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, procurement, budgeting, and contract management.

Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good English speaking and listening skills are mandatory.

Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and project management software.
