We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution and project planning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, billing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Control project costs, manpower, and material planning.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in building/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, billing, BOQ, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
