✅ Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting

✅ Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders

✅ Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables

✅ Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations

✅ Conduct project review meetings and status updates

✅ Prepare project plans, dashboards, reports, and documentation

✅ Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and closure activities





✅ Ensure proper communication between business and delivery teams

✅ Drive governance, stakeholder management, and delivery quality
