Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the IBS Design team.

- Handle all day-to-day branch activities and operations.

- Plan, monitor and coordinate project execution to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor team performance and ensure quality deliverables.

- Coordinate with customers and ensure effective communication.

- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Coordinate with management for all administrative and operational requirements.

- Ensure smooth coordination between Kochi branch and UAE headquarters.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally.

- Support business development activities, client meetings and proposals.

- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and discussions.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in Telecom/IBS industry.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong knowledge of IBS/DAS design and telecom infrastructure.

- Excellent communication,



leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Strong team management, planning and time management abilities.

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Skills:

- Sound knowledge of IBS/DAS design.

- Experience with iBwave or other IBS design tools will be an added advantage.

- Strong planning, coordination and analytical skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Experience in business development and client acquisition will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
