Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to act as a critical bridge betweenproduct, engineering, and enterprise customers. This role involves leading on-groundimplementations, managing enterprise deployments, and ensuring seamless delivery ofsoftware solutions in customer environments.The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with hands-onimplementation expertise and customer-facing experience.

Designation

Based on the interviews and technical discussions you will be either offered the designation of a Field Project Manager or Enterprise Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Pre-sales team to drive enterprise deployments from planning through execution and delivery.
- Interact with enterprise customers both onsite and remotely, acting as a product consultant by providing architectural guidance, solution recommendations, and implementation support.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to support and execute on-premise and hybrid deployments.
- Partner with Security, DevOps, and Product teams to contribute to RFPs, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
- Act as the on-ground representative of the Product team,



providing real-time feedback from customer environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment escalations, coordinating issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Represent the organization during customer meetings, technical workshops, and on-site engagements.
- Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Be willing to travel frequently and stay at customer locations as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem, including:
- Active Directory (AD) & Group Policy (GPO)

- Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

- Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager)

- Microsoft Intune
- Enterprise UEM platforms with Windows and desktop device deployment experience
- Strong experience managing Apple Enterprise Ecosystem, including:

- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Apple School Manager (ASM) (preferred)

- Apple Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)
- Volume Purchase Program (Apps & Books)
- macOS and iOS/iPadOS device deployment and lifecycle management
- Integration of Apple devices with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/UEM)



platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, or similar solutions
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions in enterprise mobility architectures.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting tools for operating system and application-related issues.
- Ability to develop PowerShell scripts for automation and deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent project planning and deployment management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and competing priorities.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/UEM) solutions.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent Apple certification is highly preferred.
- Jamf Certified Associate / Jamf Certified Tech / Jamf Certified Admin certifications will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or related certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in customer-facing enterprise implementation or professional services roles.
