Role Description The Project Management Intern role at Mark18 is a full-time, remote position. The intern will support project managers in planning and executing campus campaigns, coordinating timelines, and tracking deliverables.
Daily tasks include assisting with project documentation, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and monitoring campaign progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. The intern will help prepare reports, maintain project dashboards,
and contribute to process improvements for smoother campaign delivery. This role offers exposure to real-world marketing projects and hands-on experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Program Management skills to support campaign execution and coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Planning and Analytical Skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and interpret campaign data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, student creators, and brand partners.
- Interest in marketing, campus activities, or youth-focused campaigns is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) is an advantage.
