About the Role

CSC E Sewa Society is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Skill Development to lead and manage government-funded skill development projects, including DDU-GKY, PSDM, PMKVY, NSDC, and CSR initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and team performance across multiple training centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor skill development projects.
- Lead Centre Managers and Head Office teams.
- Ensure compliance with government guidelines and SOPs.
- Monitor training quality, attendance, assessments, and placements.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with government departments,



funding agencies, and industry partners.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular centre visits and quality audits.
- Ensure timely achievement of project targets.

Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/Post Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in skill development projects.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC, or similar programs preferred.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
