Requirements: 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
Robust proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
Extensive experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
High-level Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft for API-led connectivity and system integration.
Strong understanding of financial services business processes, particularly in the context of credit unions or community banking.
Proven ability to work independently and lead development projects without close supervision.
Nice to Haves: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification.
Experience with Salesforce security models and best practices.
