Role Description The Project Intern will support ongoing e-commerce and operations projects at BLACKSANDWHITE. This internship role is based in Mumbai in a hybrid format, combining in office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating project tasks, assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing reports or presentations, and helping streamline processes related to product listings, customer experience, and order fulfillment. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure project milestones are met.



This role offers exposure to online retail operations, project coordination, and digital commerce workflows.

Qualifications

- Ability to support project coordination activities, including tracking tasks, timelines, and basic documentation.
- Competence in data handling and analysis using spreadsheets or similar tools, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and preparing clear updates.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms commonly used in e-commerce, project management, and remote collaboration.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in online retail, customer experience, and process improvement will be considered an advantage.
