Exp - 5-10 years Role Description The Project Incharge (Construction Industry) at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects run according to schedule and quality standards. The role includes monitoring site safety practices, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal safety guidelines.
The Project
Incharge will manage documentation related to site progress, safety compliance, and reporting, while providing clear communication to stakeholders on project status, risks, and required actions. The role also involves guiding and supporting site staff to maintain productivity and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision within the construction industry.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and Construction Safety to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Relevant experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation within construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Thane and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
