We are seeking a results-driven and highly technical HVAC Project Manager based in Delhi to oversee, execute, and deliver HVAC projects from inception to final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client coordination, site management, and ensuring complete compliance with the issued Purchase Orders (PO).

Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Thermal/HVAC Engineering with proven experience working inside an established HVAC contracting/solutions company.Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Management

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects as per agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Scope & PO Compliance: Thoroughly review Purchase Orders (POs), scopes of work, and technical specifications to ensure 100% compliance during execution.
- Site Operations: Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure installation, testing, and commissioning work aligns with engineering designs.

2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, MEP consultants, and general contractors.
- Progress Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings, submit daily/weekly progress reports, and address client feedback promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve site execution challenges, variation approvals, or technical bottlenecks to prevent project delays.

3. Procurement & Resource Allocation

- Material Management:



Coordinate with internal supply chain/procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment (chillers, AHUs, ducting, piping, etc.) as per PO terms.
- Vendor & Sub-contractor Management: Assign tasks, monitor quality, and verify work done by sub-contractors before approving bills.

4. Commercials & Documentation

- Track project billing milestones, prepare measurement sheets (MBs), and assist in raising invoices against PO milestones.
- Manage variation orders and secure necessary approvals for extra works outside the original PO scope.
- Ensure complete site safety (HSE norms) and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) documentation.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Industry Experience: Minimum [5-10] years of hands-on experience in project execution strictly within an HVAC contracting or manufacturing company.
- Joining: Immediate Joiner (or maximum 15 days notice period).
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Delhi/NCR, with flexibility for local site visits.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, Fire Dampers, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PO terms, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and contract execution.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹1,000,975.35 per year
