- Preparation of OC draft in Transfect; raise NPCR to design team if product code is unavailable.

- Prepare project documentation, reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards during project execution.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless project implementation.

- Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to achieve milestones.

- Handle inspection activities and raise inspection calls.

- Coordinate with Sales team and Clients to understand project scope.

- Obtain client approvals on submitted drawings.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per BOM.

- Coordinate with Quality Engineer for inspections and reports.





- Review all technical documentation related to offshore and onshore projects.

- Raise PRs for paint and other required equipment.

- Allocate material as per PO (Projection sheet) on a daily basis.

- Maintain daily update lists.

- Review and provide inputs/comments on incoming project documentation.

- Submission of related documents on the portal.

- Interact with clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
