Project Engineer – Quality Control

Reports To: AGM – Quality Control | Job Level: Engineer | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India

Position Summary:

As a Project Engineer Quality, you will be handling all quality related work at designated sites i.e., Sample collection, Sample testing, Material testing, Report making, Snagging & de-snagging, Inspection and Testing report generation

Minimum Requirements:

- B. Tech / B.E. Civil with 5+ years of post-qualification experience into Quality Control preferably from real estate industry.
- Should be strong at documentation work related to Quality at site.
- Should have proficiency in English – written and spoken.
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of high rise civil/structural works

Key Responsibilities:

- Helping in preparing and implementing of QA/QC policies and procedures
- Conducting quality awareness / training programs for all staffs (off and on-roll) at site to promote company’s quality policy..
- Carrying out inspection and checking for all QC related procedures at site as per approved SOP and guide for improvements if required..
- Conducting daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly inspection necessary to achieve the quality of construction required as per drawings and specifications and maintaining records as well for the same..




- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, NC reports and site instruction/observations and other documents if any..
- Review and ensure that RCA is being carried out by execution team for all NC’s and proper corrective action is derived jointly with the project team within specified TAT..
- Ensure timely snagging of completed and signed off units when offered by execution team..
- Responsible for all incoming / procured materials (inspection, testing & approval) Excluding MEP items..
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of Quality related issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department Head.
