Role Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee and support day-to-day site execution in residential commercial real estate projects The role involves coordinating with contractors ensuring timely progress maintaining quality standards and supporting the project team in delivering the project as per approved plans Key Responsibilities1 Site Execution Supervision Monitor daily site activities ensuring work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications Coordinate with contractors site supervisors and labour teams for smooth project execution Ensure timely progress of civil structural finishing and MEP works 2 Quality Control Safety Conduct inspections for workmanship materials and construction processes Ensure adherence to quality standards specifications and safety protocols Identify defects or quality issues and initiate corrective actions 3 Project Planning Monitoring Assist in preparing daily weekly progress reports Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or risks to the Project Manager Support in material planning quantity checks and BOQ verification 4 Coordination Communication Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors for drawings approvals and clarifications Ensure clear communication between site teams and the project office Assist in resolving site-level technical issues 5 Documentation Compliance Maintain site records DPRs Daily Progress Reports measurement sheets and QC checklists Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines safety norms and regulatory requirements Track material consumption and maintain stock records in coordination with the store team Required Skills Strong knowledge of real estate construction processes civil finishing MEP Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings Basic understanding of project management planning and sequencing Good technical knowledge of materials methods and industry standards Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Mandatory 2-6 years of experience in real estate construction projects residential or commercial Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred Key Competencies Detail-oriented and quality-focused Strong site management discipline Proactive approach in identifying and resolving issues Team coordination and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks at site Job Type Full time Pay 420 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Work Location In person
