Position: Project Engineer - RCC

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Project Type: High-Rise Residential/Commercial Building

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of high-rise building projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for planning, site execution, quality, safety and coordination with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise RCC, civil, finishing and external development works.
- Plan daily and weekly construction activities.
- Monitor site progress against the approved project schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and contractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and site resources.
- Monitor measurements, contractor bills and material consumption.
- Resolve technical and execution-related site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support testing, snag rectification and project handover activities.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1012 years of relevant construction experience.
- Robust experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Sound knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works and MEP coordination.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project/Primavera preferred.
- Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
