Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Project

Engineer will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of industrial plastics and FRP equipment projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Daily tasks include preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating with design, production, and installation teams, and monitoring progress to meet timelines and budgets. The role involves reviewing engineering drawings, supporting equipment selection, resolving technical issues in office, and ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation.





The Project

Engineer will also communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, prepare project documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including coordination, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to equipment, systems, and on-site installation activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) are preferred.
- Beneficial skills include familiarity with FRP/industrial plastics equipment, understanding of safety and quality standards, and proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in manufacturing and industrial settings, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to the Umbergaon facility or client locations as needed.
