1 JD Position Project Engineer - Residential Projects Project Type Luxury Bunglows Location Site Based Reporting To Project Manager Management Role Objective To independently execute and monitor construction of residential bungalows and related infrastructure works ensuring quality cost control safety and timely completion Key Responsibilities Execute RCC masonry plaster and finishing works for bungalows Handle infrastructure works such as compound wall internal roads drainage water supply and services Supervise contractors labour and daily site activities Prepare daily work plans and weekly progress reports Ensure quality control as per drawings and standards Coordinate material procurement and control wastage Verify measurements and contractor bills Ensure basic site safety and compliance Report progress issues and delays to management Qualifications Skills Diploma BE in Civil Engineering 3-8 years experience in residential bungalow projects Solid knowledge of RCC finishing and basic MEP Ability to manage site independently Understanding of drawings BOQ and measurements Good communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
