Job Summary

Aikya Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically sound Project Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in real estate/construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site execution, project coordination, quality control, contractor management, and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Track project progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution of work.
- Check quantities, materials, workmanship, and site requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, work orders, and progress.
- Assist in planning and execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other construction-related works.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates to management.




- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and snags.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction/real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in handling contractors and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with a real estate developer or reputed construction company.
- Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
- Experience in high-rise or redevelopment projects will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Mumbai construction projects will be preferred.
