You Will Be Responsible For:

- Assisting project managers in the planning and execution of IT and software development projects.
- Coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed.
- Supporting the management of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitating effective communication among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Assisting in quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.

The Experience You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or IT projects.




- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in rapid-paced environments.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
