Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Travel: 4 to 6 days per month across Karnataka

About APD
Association of People with Disability (APD) is a non-profit organization committed to empowering persons with disabilities through inclusive education, healthcare, rehabilitation,
livelihood, and advocacy. APD's Early Intervention Program supports infants and young children with developmental delays and disabilities through early identification, therapy,
caregiver empowerment, community-based rehabilitation, and convergence with government systems.
Position Summary The Program Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of APD's Early Intervention Program across Karnataka. The role involves working closely with partner organizations, government stakeholders, internal teams, and communities to ensure effective program delivery, quality documentation, and timely reporting. The position requires regular travel to partner locations and strong organizational,
communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of Early Intervention activities across partner organizations.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor program quality, review documentation, and provide implementation support.
Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, presentations, and program records.
Coordinate with internal departments, partners, donors, and government stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Support training, review meetings, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building activities.
Maintain project databases, beneficiary records, and monitoring information systems.
Identify implementation challenges and support timely resolution through coordination and follow-up.
Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW preferred).
Candidates with qualifications in Sociology, Rural Development, Psychology, Public
Health, Community Development, or related fields are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel across Karnataka using public transport.
