About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support patient-centric healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient onboarding, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient onboarding and ensure a seamless enrollment process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and project records.

- Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to facilitate timely project execution.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and follow-up records.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of project documentation and patient information.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely issue resolution.

- Support data collection, reporting,



and documentation for project tracking and performance analysis.

- Maintain adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Biology background preferred).

- 0–1 year of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, patient support, or a related field.

- Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
