- Project Coordination: Ensure the smooth implementation of project activities, ensuring services are delivered as per plan and outlined objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective linkages with government departments, officials, NGO partners, and healthcare providers (hospitals, laboratories, specialists) to obtain services at free/discounted rates.
- Team Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives for the project team as required.
- IEC Campaigns & Health Programs: Coordinate the development and execution of IEC campaigns, healthcare programs, health camps, and other community activities in line with project guidelines.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to implement emergency protocols in the event of natural disasters or accidents.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor project activities, track progress, and assess achievements versus targets. Ensure timely donor reporting and compliance with project plans and budgets.
- Donor Liaison & Compliance: Maintain a cordial relationship with donors, ensuring their expectations are met and that the project is in line with MOU agreements and statutory requirements.




- Data Monitoring: Ensure accurate data tracking through health apps and systems, reviewing the projects data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Team Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of the team, including the availability of locum staff (medical consultants, pharmacists, drivers) in the absence of regular project staff.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring the seamless continuation of project activities.
- Referral Management: Oversee the management of critical illness referrals as necessary.
- Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel to remote locations at short notice.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and challenges as required by the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or NGO sectors.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and project compliance requirements.
