About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic professional who can manage project execution on the ground while driving innovation in the lab. This hybrid role combines end-to-end project coordination with research into next-gen renewable solutions (hybrid systems, battery storage, agrivoltaics, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

- Project execution planning, site surveys, installation coordination & monitoring
- Coordination with vendors, clients, DISCOM authorities & internal teams
- Tracking project timelines, material dispatch & execution status
- Preparation of project reports, documentation & MIS
- Commissioning support & project closure activities

R&D;:

- Research emerging technologies: BIPV, floating solar, BESS, green hydrogen integration
- Evaluate new modules, inverters & mounting structures for cost/performance
- Develop pilot projects & proof-of-concepts for new service lines
- Support design validation and performance benchmarking of commissioned plants

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (M.Tech a plus)
- 2–5 years in solar EPC / project execution; R&D; exposure preferred
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, IS/IEC standards & CEA guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD; familiarity with PVsyst/Helioscope is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

- Develop & execute brand strategy across B2B (EPC/C&I;) and B2C (rooftop) segments
- Digital marketing: SEO/SEM, LinkedIn & social media, content marketing, lead generation
- Tender/proposal support, brochures, case studies & client presentations
- Participation in industry expos, webinars & government scheme awareness campaigns
- Market intelligence: competitor analysis, policy tracking, pricing insights

Design:

- Lead creative design: brand identity, marketing collateral, website & pitch decks
- Oversee customer-facing technical visuals (proposals, plant layouts for client presentations)
