Role Description The Project Control and Asset Data Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, costs, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across project portfolios. The specialist maintains and updates asset-related data, including configuration details, lifecycle status, and ownership records in designated systems.

Daily tasks include preparing and analyzing dashboards and reports, validating data integrity, coordinating with project managers and technical teams, and supporting audits and compliance checks.



The role also involves identifying process improvements in project control and asset data management and supporting implementation of standardized practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong skills in project control activities such as scheduling, cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Experience in asset data management, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking in asset management or ERP systems.

Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and reporting platforms for creating dashboards, performing data analysis, and generating management reports.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field;

experience in consulting or technology-driven environments is an advantage.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and asset management best practices; relevant certifications are a plus.
