- Job Requirements:
- Proven drafting skills of Tariff petitions, ARR, appeals, replies and getting them filed before Electricity Regulatory Commission/APTEL etc.
- Handling regulatory and policy matters relating to the disputes between GENCOs, TRANSCO & DISCOM
- Co-ordinate with government bodys for the various regulatory approvals
- Thorough knowledge of Sector Regulatory framework & Understanding of Generation-Transmission- Distribution Legislation
- Knowledge of power trading, power sale/ purchase, open access, power exchanges, RECs, regulatory & statutory provisions etc., shall be preferred




- Understanding of the working of Indian Power System
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Command over MS- Office
- Highlight & escalate foreseen delays or slippages in timelines, cost overruns etc.
- Preparation of Project Reports, MIS and other related documents etc.
- Capacity building and training of clients
- Ensures engineers and other personnel implements operating procedures to resolve system malfunctions
- Should preferably have an experience working with various types of clients including Government and Private Utilities.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years’ of experience in Regulatory matters and Power purchase.
