To implement programmes efficiently by coordinating people, processes, logistics, and information, while creating a positive learning experience for participants.

- Conduct participant mobilisation, selection, onboarding, and communication.
- Design & implement programme plans by coordinating with facilitators, partners, and participants.
- Plan and manage programme logistics, schedules, training materials, and field visits.
- Ensure participant records, attendance, feedback, and programme documentation is maintained as per project requirements.
- Ensure participant engagement, identify implementation challenges, and support with timely follow-up.
- Responsible for programme reporting and continuous improvement through field observations and data.
- Research, identify,



and coordinate outreach with mobilization and placement organisations, and other strategic partners; maintain outreach trackers and ensure follow-ups.
- Ensure career or livelihood transition and placement or incubation support initiatives by coordinating with employers & student alumni, maintaining placement or entrepreneurs databases, sharing opportunities with participants, ensuring participants avail suitable career or livelihood opportunities, tracking placement or livelihood outcomes, and conducting alumni engagement activities.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
