Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a Business Analyst background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, combining strong business acumen with project management skills to help improve FO, MO, and BO operations and align them with overall business goals.

Title: Program Manager (Asset Management Domain/Real Assets Domain is must)

Experience: 7 - 15 Years

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Mode of Work: Full Time

Education: Bachelors / master's degree in business, IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the Project lifecycle such as proactiveness, sense of ownership, capability of foreseeing risks/issues, raising red flags in advance, and stakeholder management.

- Need to have experience in creating Project roadmaps, SOW/Task Orders/Purchase Orders, financial and effort burndowns, and financial projections.

- Robust domain knowledge in Asset management process from Investment Bank background with focus on Data Management/Data Products.

- Experience creating BRD and FRDs.

- Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.

- Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements.

- Advanced experience working with Agile/Scrum processes.

- Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines.





- Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams.

- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management.

- Problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and time management.

Scope of Work:

- Support day-to-day project tracking and reporting.

- Coordinate with offshore teams for task updates.

- Maintain project documentation and dashboards.

- Creative and able to put together presentations for senior management consumption.

- Assist with meeting minutes, weekly status reports.

- Updated project plans and trackers.

- Maintain Issue and risk logs.

- Maintain RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), ensuring timely identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution of project risks and issues.

- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.

- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure adherence to timelines.

- Prepare project governance reports and support steering committee reviews.
