Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end inventory monitoring and control across clinics and operational centers
- Track inventory movement, stock usage, and consumption patterns to ensure operational accuracy
- Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, stock variances, shortages, and leakages
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconciliation checks across locations
- Prepare audit reports, highlight findings, and drive closure of operational gaps
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues and implement corrective actions
- Improve inventory processes, tracking systems, and operational workflows for better efficiency
- Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs, operational standards, and compliance processes
- Coordinate closely with operations, procurement, finance, and clinic teams for seamless inventory management




- Monitor inventory-related dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to support decision-making
