KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Program Management - Own, orchestrate, and drive critical multi-functional initiatives initiated by the Co-Founder

- Maintain full alignment across Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Engineering Business Diagnostics & Insights - Deep-dive into complex datasets governing the marketplace ecosystem
- Identify operational bottlenecks and track company-wide OKRs
- Build performance visibility frameworks for executive leadership Special Incubation & Pilots - Design, launch, and optimize current business pilots or strategic geo-expansions
- Drive early-stage market validation from scratch before transitioning operations to business unit heads High-Stakes Communication - Author detailed executive briefs, investment materials, and performance dashboards for external stakeholders, board members, and Tier-1 institutional investors Executive Proxy - Serve as a trusted advisor and cross-department conduit
