About The Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long-term processes.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic operations and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities:-

- Identify and analyze day-to-day operational challenges in areas such as curriculum design, content development, and student progression.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance overall efficiency.
- Work closely with academic teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.
- Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders,



including academic teams, content creators, and leadership, to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

- 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in tools like Excel or other analytical software.
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; MBA is desirable.
- Knowledge of educational processes or EdTech is a strong advantage.
