Experience: 2–15 Years | Age - 18 to 40 max

Employment Type: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with government bodies, institutions, and industry partners

Drive program implementation, outreach, and student engagement

Lead and manage cross-functional teams (trainers, coordinators,



placement officers)

Track program progress, KPIs, and reporting (monthly/quarterly)

Ensure achievement of enrollments, training delivery, and placements

Identify challenges and implement solutions for smooth execution Eligibility & Skills

Graduate (MBA / MSW preferred)

2–15 years of experience in program management / CSR / skilling / education

Solid stakeholder management & team handling skills

Excellent communication & reporting abilities
