Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and resolve conflicts effectively.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.

Solid capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management.

Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.

Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.

Skilled in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery.

Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
