Position overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Program Management Advisor to drive execution, alignment, and governance across strategic initiatives spanning US and Hyderabad teams.
This role operates as the central orchestration layer for both global programs and local GCC execution, ensuring that enterprise priorities are translated into structured delivery outcomes while also strengthening the internal Hyderabad operating model.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation—helping translate enterprise priorities into structured, executable roadmaps and ensuring outcomes are delivered with speed, rigor, and clarity.
& Responsibilities:
Work closely with key US partners supporting the Hyderabad center setup and scaling efforts Establish and manage program governance, cadence, and status reporting Provide visibility into program progress, risks, and key dependencies Lead Hyderabad PMO activities, including regular reviews, tracking, and coordination across teams Partner with business, product, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and progress Support portfolio tracking, prioritization, and capacity alignment within the GCC Help identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies Support execution of cross-functional programs across US and Hyderabad teams Translate business priorities into transparent plans, milestones, and delivery tracking Contribute to improving program management practices, execution consistency, and operating rhythm
Experience Required:
- 10–14 years of experience in program / project management or PMO roles
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Exposure to global delivery models (US–India collaboration)
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive execution
- Strong working knowledge of program governance, tracking, and reporting practices
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment
- Exposure to Data & Analytics, Digital, or AI programs
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe
Education Required:
- BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including ability to simplify complex topics for leadership audiences
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to undefined or evolving requirements
- Comfort working in matrixed global teams and influencing without direct authority
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate risks and drive early resolution
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines across multiple workstreams
